We hope you love your Auroria Rituals experience—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility
To qualify, items must be:
• Unused and in their original condition
• In original packaging, with tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To Begin a Return
Please email us at hello@auroriarituals.com to initiate the process. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your package to:

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, reach out right away. We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
• Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Opened personal care items (e.g., bath and beauty products)
• Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, don’t hesitate to ask.

Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

For EU Customers
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
